Our Junior Boxing classes at Apex Martial Arts Academy are designed to help young athletes develop discipline, fitness, and self-confidence in a fun and structured environment. Each session follows a structured format to ensure students learn and progress effectively. Classes start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by drills, punching combinations, and defensive movement. Students work on pads, bags, and controlled partner drills to refine their skills and build confidence in a non-intimidating environment. Conditioning exercises are also included to improve strength, endurance, and coordination, ensuring a well-rounded approach to fitness and boxing fundamentals.
